Back Row l-r: Michela Bristow, Ryan Devine, Rachel Andrews. Front Row l-r: Sean Connolly, Brendan Sally, Megan Sweeney and Caoimhe Harkin. Drumragh Integrated College in partnership with the Western Education and Library Board’s (WELB) Catering Service put on the ‘Glitz’ to celebrate Janet Devlin's continued success on X Factor by holding an X Factor Theme Day on Wednesday 23 November 2011. To celebrate Janet’s success on the competition, WELB Catering staff baked an enormous cake on behalf of all the pupils, teachers and non-teaching staff at the school. The top of the cake featured X Factor’s very own judges Louis, Kelly, Tulisa and Gary. Principal of Drumragh Integrated College, Nigel Frith, said: “This event is an opportunity for all at Drumragh Integrated College and the WELB to wish Janet continued success and convey how immensely proud we all are of her.” WELB Catering Supervisor, Diane Allen, commented: “We were delighted to take part in this special event and would like to extend our best wishes to Janet.” She added: “Events such as these encourage curriculum links with the school and allow our staff to show the extensive range of skills they possess by doing something a little different.”
Janet's father, Aquinas Devlin and Principal of Drumragh Integrated College Nigel Frith along with pupils at the College were delighted to take part in the X Factor theme day and wish Janet continued success in the X Factor competition.
