Gifted and Talented painting in Meadowbank Residential Home>>

TALENTED art and design students in year 10 at Drumragh Integrated College visited Meadowbank Residential Home recently to paint Christmas window displays. 

This is an annual activity where students from the college go for a day to help with the Christmas decorations and to meet and spend timewith residents of the home.  

The 14 year 10 students painted four sets of windows including the entrance area and enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and residents who provided a beautiful festive lunch for all their hard work.

Aimee Somerville, a year 10 student at Drumragh Integrated College said on the visit, "I really enjoyed my time in Meadowbank. The staff and the residents were so kind, warm and friendly The residents particularly loved our displays and had plenty of childhood stories to tell."
